SLEEPING AND NAPPING
Sleeping and napping arrangements must be made in writing between the parent and the child care provider.
PERMISSION TO PHOTOGRAPH
Policy regarding photographing and videoing, and requires the signature of both the parents.
HEALTH EXAM
Required by the NYC department of health and mental hygiene and the department of education. To be completed by the parent or guardian.
IMMUNIZATIONS.
The following immunization requirements are mandated by law for all students ages two months to 18 years old.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee
$175
**There is a Non-Refundable $175 registration fee per child at the time of enrollment. The enrollment fee is required for all enrollment types.**
